Performance improvement

1. With new generation of YANMAR engine powertrain, fuel injection system is fully optimized. It is featured with strong power and low fuel consumption. Main pump and engine power is matched and optimized to achieve the reduction of comprehensive fuel consumption for excavating operations by more than 5%

2. Adopting the industry-leading flow channel design, of which traditional bridge-type design is cancelled on the main valves, which leads to wider and smoother internal flow channel and reduced pressure loss for more than 30%. With main pump power matching re-optimized, the fuel consumption of excavating operation decreases by more than 5%. With improved maneuverability of compound actions, it can achieve faster response speed, precise control and small impact. It optimizes the main valve element and compensator and fully upgrades flow priority distribution mode, which makes compound actions of travelling + lifting of working equipment and climbing + working equipment lifting far superior to that of the traditional load sensitive system. The working condition adaptability of travelling operation with load is greatly improved.

3. High performance five-tooth bucket, with optimized bucket type, wider bucket, shallowed bucket depth, will reduce unloading time by 10%, increase bucket capacity and improve production efficiency by 5%.

4. Rotary torque is increased to improve the ability of slope operation. By increasing the displacement and pressure of the motor, the torque is increased by 15%, which makes the slope operation easier.

Comfort improvement

1. All operating elements inside the cab are scientifically and reasonably arranged in accordance with ergonomics. For this tonnage, it is the first one that uses cab sunshade curtain，the industry’s first enclosed sunshade curtain for 6-ton cab, it can avoid direct sunlight and protect drivers from all directions. At the same time, it can significantly reduce the air conditioning load in summer, save 3.8% fuel.

2. The seat package is improved, and the cushion is 20% thicker, which can improve the ride comfort and significantly reduce the sense of fatigue while working for a long time.

More reliable and durable:

1. Large area of high-strength tempered glass is used in the cab to improve the view of the driver while ensuring the intensity of cab. The top of the cab is equipped with lights to ensure accurate and safe work at night.

2. Strengthen the local area of boom and arm bearing high stress, and meanwhile adjust the structure, disperse stress and improve the service life; standard new-type bucket and reduced bucket depth make unloading quicker and faster.

3. X-frame structure is adopted for undercarriage. Large cross-section box is formed inside the lower frame through strengthened rib plate, which has good bearing capacity and the weight of the vehicle can be uniformly applied on the track roller frame to reduce its local stress concentration.
